My book What I’ve Discovered from M.S., 5 Practices to Align Your Life that Doctors Never Shared with Me, currently a work-in-progress, is a prescriptive non-fiction, recounting my spiritual awakening and how I’ve been guided on my journey with M.S. that’s allowed me to create a daily process anyone can follow. 

I am beginning the process of working with people through Jennifer Butler Life and am eager to share all that has blessed my life with everyone I work with.

I have been led to write this book for over 10 years. I began my writing journey in November of 2023 and have developed a love and appreciation for it. The challenge to fit writing around my design business, my new business, Jennifer Butler Life, and my family has made it even more interesting: possible, if at first seemingly insurmountable.

  • Yes, my book can help anyone learn to manage the changes and challenges that come with a diagnosis.

  • The energy that is tapped into when they do energy work is called universal energy, or life force energy. Quantum physicists point out that the matter of which we are made is actually a form of energy. In other words they say we are energy. A therapist can work on a client’s behalf by receiving this universal energy with a healing intention and using it to benefit him or her physically, mentally, emotionally, or spiritually.

  • People of various religious and non-religious backgrounds are welcome. I don’t try to convince people to believe in God or follow one religion over another. However, I often encourage prayer if a person is open to it. It’s not uncommon that someone comes to an energy healing session and tells me that, afterward, they feel more connected than ever to God and to their spirituality. I invite you to have a free consultation with me. My experience is feeling closer to God with each session.
